Shipping destinations

SABO ships worldwide, excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea,  Serbia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.

Processing times

Dispatching delays are to be expected due to our EOFY sale.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed (excludes weekends and public holidays).
Australian shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all Australian orders 

Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders over $100 that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address. For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $9 applies. Free shipping for orders over $100 is automatically applied during the checkout process and is shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.*

*AUS POST Standard Shipping to Western Australia: Arrives within 7-12 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

International Commercial Express Shipping

International Commercial Express is currently only available for addresses within the United Kingdom & New Zealand.

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post Commercial, with final deliveries managed by the local postal service in each destination country.

Shipping time frames can be viewed via the drop-down list above. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

Signatures are required upon delivery for all International Commercial Express shipments. 

If you waive the signature on delivery option, SABO and Australia Post Commercial will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after delivery.

DHL International Express Shipping

Signatures are required upon delivery for all DHL Express Shipping. 

PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select DHL Express Shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box, it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

If the address provided is considered rural by DHL, the parcel may be transferred to an alternative postal company for the final delivery, and delays may occur.

If you waive the signature on delivery option, SABO and DHL will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after delivery.
Pre-Sale
  • Shipment dates listed on product pages are estimates only and may be subject to delays including, but not limited to, production, shipping, and delivery factors outside of our control. Shipping delays are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • Cancellation or changes to Pre-Sale orders will only be possible if orders have not been processed and shipped. Please contact cancel@saboskirt.com as soon as possible if any changes or cancellations are required.  
  • For orders placed outside Australia, Pre-sale items are not eligible for free standard shipping. Standard items purchased alongside a Pre-sale item will continue to follow the usual free standard shipping rules for the applicable region.
  • Free Shipping options are only available to orders placed to an Australian Address. Free Shipping is unavailable to all other countries when purchasing a pre-sale item.
Pre-Order
  • Shipment dates listed on product pages are estimates only and may be subject to delays including, but not limited to, production, shipping, and delivery factors outside of our control. Shipping delays are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • Cancelled Pre-Order items can only be refunded as a store credit.
  • Free standard shipping applies to all Pre-Orders within Australia when the total order value meets the AUD $100 free shipping threshold.
  • For orders placed outside Australia, Pre-Order items are not eligible for free standard shipping. Standard items purchased alongside a Pre-Order item will continue to follow the usual free standard shipping rules for the applicable region.
  • Free Shipping options are only available to orders placed to an Australian Address. Free Shipping is unavailable to all other countries when purchasing a pre-order item.
Taxes & Duties

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International shipping does not include VAT & Duties.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. 

Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. SABO SKIRT is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.
Additional information

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@saboskirt.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, SABO SKIRT will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SABO SKIRT via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), SABO SKIRT reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to sender, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

SABO SKIRT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. 

Orders can not be collected from our HQ or warehouse.

*** Please note that the international shipping costs that SABO SKIRT provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by SABO SKIRT.
