How do I join SABO RESORT?
To join SABO Resort, simply create an account on our website, then navigate to the Sabo Rewards page and click "Join & Agree". There is no cost to join and once registered, you will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program. Start earning points with every purchase and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
How do I know how many points I have?
After joining SABO Resort, you can check your points balance on the Sabo Rewards page.

Alternatively, you can conveniently do so by clicking the floating button located at the bottom of the page.
I canโ€™t see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they?
Once logged in, you can view your points and activity on the Sabo Rewards page. Please note, points from recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in your SABO Resort account. If it has been more than 48 hours and your points still haven't appeared, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Ensure you have your order details handy for a quicker resolution.
Do my previous orders count for points?
Yes, if you purchased from May 2nd 2024 your orders will be counted for points. Orders made prior to May 2nd 2024 are not eligible, but any purchases from that date onward will earn points once you join SABO Resort.
Do my points expire in SABO Resort?
Yes, points expire after 12 months, as your loyalty tier is based on yearly spend at SABO.
Can I use my SABO Resort points in-store as well as online?
Unfortunately for now online points won't be valid in-store, this is something we're working on for the future.
Will my points be re-issued if I return items or cancel my order?
No, your points will not be re-issued to your account if items are returned or if orders are cancelled.
If I have multiple Loyalty accounts, can I have the points / accounts merged into one account?ย ย 
No. Unfortunately we are unable to merge Loyalty accounts at this stage. Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders.

  • Only one Sabo Rewards code can be applied per transaction.
  • Sabo Rewards codes can be used once only. 
  • Sabo Rewards codes can be combined with Sabo Gift Cards.
  • Sabo Rewards codes can not be used in conjunction with Sabo promotional discount codes or offers (eg. BLACKFRIDAY).
  • Sabo Rewards codes can be used in conjunction with free VIP shipping offers.
  • Sabo Rewards codes are valid for one year. 
  • Free express shipping is valid for orders over $99 AUD within Australia only.
  • Customers can earn between 300 - 500 points for each order by leaving a review of the purchased products. Points will only be awarded for reviews left on orders placed after registering for the Loyalty program. 
  • Sabo Loyalty points will not be re-issued to customers accounts if items are returned or if orders are cancelled.
  • Birthday points will be added to your account within 24 hours of your birthday date.
