How do I join SABO RESORT?
To join SABO Resort, simply create an account on our website, then navigate to the Sabo Rewards page and click "Join & Agree". There is no cost to join, and once registered, you will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program. Start earning points with every purchase and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
How do I determine the number of points I have?
After joining SABO Resort, you can check your points balance on the Sabo Rewards page.
Alternatively, you can conveniently do so by clicking the floating button located at the bottom of the page.
I can’t see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they?
Once logged in, you can view your points and activity on the Sabo Rewards page. Please note that points from recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in your SABO Resort account. If it has been more than 48 hours and your points still haven't appeared, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Please have your order details ready for a quicker resolution.
Do my SABO Resort points expire?
No, points do not expire and stay on your account until you are ready to convert to Resort Credit.
Can I use my SABO Resort points in-store as well as online?
Unfortunately, for now, online points won't be valid in-store; this is something we're working on for the future!
Will my points be reissued if I return items or cancel my order?
No, your points will not be reissued to your account if items are returned or if orders are cancelled. However, if Resort Credit was used, it will be reissued back into your account.
If I have multiple Loyalty accounts, can I have the points / accounts merged into one account?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to merge Loyalty accounts at this stage. Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders.
What is the value of my points to Resort Credits?
100 points are equivalent to $1 in Resort Credit. Your points can be converted into any amount of Resort Credit in increments of 100 points.
How do Resort Credit work?
You can use all your Resort Credit at once, or just a little - it’s entirely up to you. Your Resort Credit can be redeemed on any order with no minimum spend. Your Resort Credit never expires.
I have a tier welcome discount as well as some Resort Credit. Can I use them both?
Definitely! Our Resort Credit can be used with any discount code, including sale codes, shipping discounts, and tier discounts.
Where did my loyalty discount codes go?
Any loyalty discount codes that were redeemed from points but not used on an order have automatically been converted to credit, for your convenience.
I randomly just dropped a tier. Why?
We have recently updated our loyalty program tier thresholds. This also brings better rewards and benefits for each tier. Our new thresholds are visible above. If you are unsure where you sit within the loyalty program or how much you have left before you move up a tier, select the loyalty button on the bottom right of this page.
